ONIC’s portfolio consists of 12 multi-family communities that are unique in structure and location; offers a variety of quality and affordable housing options throughout Central Florida.
Real Estate Development
Throughout the years, ONIC has collaborated with partners to develop various housing projects that have helped to meet the affordable housing need in Central Florida.
Resident Services
Free and open to the community, ONIC offers onsite Resident Services Programming at various community Clubhouses and Learning Centers that meets the needs of those served and increases a family’s chance towards achieving housing stability.
